Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 base salary
About the Role
Manage secured funding and financing for a multi-strategy, multi-PM fund, supporting multiple portfolio managers’ liquidity needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute repo/reverse repo trades across govies, credit, equities, and structured product collateral
- Manage daily funding needs across PM books
- Negotiate terms and haircuts with banks, prime brokers, and dealers
- Optimize collateral usage and balance sheet efficiency
- Manage counterparty relationships and credit lines
- Partner with PMs, Risk, and Ops on liquidity needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in repo trading or secured funding (hedge fund, bank, or prime brokerage)
- Strong grasp of collateral markets and counterparty risk
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

About the Role
Build and maintain systems and models supporting funding optimization, collateral management, and liquidity risk for the Treasury function.
Responsibilities
- Build tools for collateral allocation and funding cost analysis
- Develop pricing, PnL, and reporting systems
- Build data pipelines from custodians, prime brokers, and internal systems
- Create stress-testing and liquidity risk models
- Automate manual treasury workflows
- Work closely with traders and risk managers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in quant development or financial engineering
- Strong Python/C++ and SQL skills
- Fixed income or collateral management knowledge a plus
- Degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field

About the Program
Hands-on exposure to Treasury technology, working alongside Quant Developers and Treasury Traders on real projects.
Responsibilities
- Support analytics tools for collateral and funding optimization
- Assist with data pipeline development
- Help prototype liquidity risk models
- Support automation of treasury reporting
- Complete a capstone project presented to the team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Python and/or C++ proficiency; SQL a plus
- Interest in financial markets and treasury functions
