Jamin Abdullah is an Operations Analyst at New Holland Capital (NHC). Jamin supports the firm’s treasury and operational processes. Prior to joining NHC in 2026, Jamin served as an Associate at SS&C Technologies, where he gained experience in investment operations, collateral management, and break resolution within the asset management industry. Jamin graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Information Technology.

Ashley Alexander is an Investor Relations Analyst at New Holland Capital (NHC). Ashley is responsible for supporting the firm’s business development efforts. Prior to joining NHC in 2024, Ashley worked as an Office Manager/Financial Controller for a NY-based construction firm. Ashley began her career working as an associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ireland. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing, also achieving a Diploma in Financial Advice.

Chris Baginski is the Director of Operations and Finance at New Holland Capital (NHC). Chris is responsible for overseeing fund operations, portfolio accounting, valuation, and investor reporting for illiquid client portfolios. Prior to joining NHC in 2025, Chris was a Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman, the Director of Valuations and Senior Controller at Reservoir Capital Group and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and an MS in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Eva Gekas is the Vice President–Onboarding for New Holland Capital (NHC). Eva is responsible for overseeing counterparty onboarding across all products and strategies. Prior to joining NHC in 2025, Eva was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan on the Prime Financial Services Transition Management team. Eva graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in Marketing.

Francis Gulotta is the Chief Technology Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Francis is responsible for overseeing Information Technology, Information Security and Quantitative Research Infrastructure for the firm. Francis is a member of the firm’s Risk and Information Security Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2025, Francis worked at Microsoft, running programs to develop strategic cloud infrastructure for Azure. Francis also held various leadership positions across the tech startup, insurance and “big tech” industries including Shopify and Justworks. Francis began his career at Highbridge Capital Management. Francis attended Rowan University majoring in Computer Science.

Dean Murphy is the Vice President–Treasury for New Holland Capital (NHC). Dean is responsible for overseeing the firm’s initiatives related to portfolio financing, margin optimization, broker allocations, cash management, and collateral management. Prior to joining NHC in 2025, Dean served as a Vice President at Arcesium LLC in their Liquidity and Collateral Management division, where he spent the first decade of his career servicing Treasury at the D.E. Shaw Group. Dean graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and Political Science.

Omar Qaiser is the Managing Principal and Partner at New Holland Capital (NHC). Omar leads the day-to-day operations of NHC’s internal investing and operations platform and is responsible for overseeing the trading operations, accounting, and treasury functions at the firm. Previously, Omar was the Global Chief Operating and Financial Officer at North Rock Capital Management, a multi-billion-dollar global long/short equities hedge fund. Omar also served as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at The Midway Group, a fixed income hedge fund. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting with a focus on taxation from the University of Florida.
