Arnav Abichandani is a Quantitative Risk Developer at New Holland Capital (NHC), where he is responsible for building scalable risk infrastructure and analytics across multi-strat portfolios. Prior to joining NHC, Arnav was a quant at Boulder Hill Capital (Soros spin-off) where he worked closely with the CIO and the PMs to build risk and research infrastructure across fixed income, commodities & vol strategies. Arnav began his career at Deutsche Bank and since then has gained experience in the field of risk modeling and quantitative research. He graduated from Mumbai University with a BS in Finance and an MS in Analytics from the University of Rochester, NY.

Ashley Alexander is an Investor Relations Analyst at New Holland Capital (NHC). Ashley is responsible for supporting the firm’s business development efforts. Prior to joining NHC in 2024, Ashley worked as an Office Manager/Financial Controller for a NY-based construction firm. Ashley began her career working as an associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ireland. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing, also achieving a Diploma in Financial Advice.

Nicolas Botero is an Associate at New Holland Capital (NHC). Nicolas is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios. Prior to joining NHC in 2021, Nicolas was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi. Nicolas graduated with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Engineering, and received a Master in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Chris Bridges is a Managing Director at New Holland Capital (NHC). Chris is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios as well as overseeing portfolio analysts’ efforts. Chris is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2016, Chris was an Analyst at ISAM, a systematic hedge fund. Chris graduated from Durham University in the United Kingdom with a BS in Mathematics and received an MA in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University.

Connor Byrne is a Vice President at New Holland Capital (NHC). Connor is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC's client portfolios. Connor first joined NHC in 2018 as an Analyst and before that was an Associate in the Structured Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to rejoining the team in 2022, Connor was an Analyst at a cryptocurrency-focused venture capital firm. Connor graduated with Distinction from Amherst College with a degree in Economics and English.

Jon Feintuch is a Partner at New Holland Capital (NHC). Jon is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios as well as overseeing portfolio analysts’ efforts and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. Jon also serves as Head of Portfolio Implementation, ensuring that client portfolios are consistent with their stated mandates and risk preferences and liaising with clients to discuss portfolio-related questions. Prior to joining NHC in 2009, Jon was an Investment Banking Analyst within the Global Technology Group at Barclays Capital. Jon graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.

Michael Fox is the Head of Strategy and a Partner at New Holland Capital (NHC).  Mike is responsible for NHC’s corporate strategy, focusing on product and business development. Mike is a member of the Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. Before joining NHC in 2024, Mike held several prominent roles in the asset management industry, most notably as a partner of Apollo Global Management, where Mike led the growth of various credit, esoteric, and hedge-fund-related strategies from 2009 to 2019.  Mike graduated Cum Laude from Iona College with a BBA in Finance, where he co-captained the men’s golf team.

Dan Grodziak is the Director of Quantitative Investment Research at New Holland Capital (NHC). Dan is responsible for overseeing the quantitative research team, who is tasked with promoting investment-related data integrity, managing NHC’s suite of analytical tools, and conducting proprietary investment research. Prior to joining NHC in 2015, Dan was a FX and Rates trader at HSBC. Dan graduated from Lehigh University with an MS in Analytical Finance and a BS in Finance with High Honors and is a CFA charterholder.

Matt Holland is Head of Risk at New Holland Capital (NHC). Matt is responsible for managing portfolio risk for the firm. Matt is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee and a member of the Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. Prior to joining NHC in 2015, Matt was a Vice President at Guy Carpenter and a Senior Risk Consultant at AIR Worldwide, where he focused on catastrophe risk models. Matt began his career as an Actuarial Associate at Fidelity Investments. Matt graduated summa cum laude from Bentley University’s Honors Program with a BS in Economics.

Caroline Lau is the Business Intelligence Developer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Caroline is responsible for the supporting the quantitative reporting and data visualization needs of the organization. Prior to joining NHC in 2021, Caroline worked in the financial services industry in a variety of roles, including as an Equities Analyst at a hedge fund and a Partner / Lead Investment Analyst at a healthcare private equity firm. Caroline graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Materials Science and Engineering and received an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology; she is also a CFA charterholder.

Austin Madronic is an Analyst at New Holland Capital (NHC). Austin is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios. Prior to joining NHC in 2024, Austin was a Research Manager for GF Data. Austin graduated from Harvard College with an AB in Economics.

Josh Markovic is a Software Engineer at New Holland Capital. Josh is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s data management and analytical capabilities. Before joining NHC in 2024, Josh was a Software Engineer at HAP Capital where he worked closely with quantitative analysts building models for high-frequency trading of equity options. Josh graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations and an MS from Harvard University in Software Engineering

Teresha Miller is the Chief Compliance Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Teresha is responsible for managing the firm’s compliance program to ensure that the firm’s regulatory requirements and other legal obligations are duly satisfied. Teresha is a member on the firm’s Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines, and a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2020, Teresha served as a Compliance Officer at Walleye Capital and Arrowgrass Capital Partners (US) LP. Teresha also previously spent seven years at Ehrenkranz Partners LP as a Junior Analyst and Finance and Operations Analyst. Teresha graduated from Albright College with a BS in Business Administration and graduated cum laude from Fordham Law School with an MSL and has earned the CAIA Fundamentals Certificate.

Ryan Moulton is a Director of Operational Due Diligence at New Holland Capital (NHC). He is responsible for conducting operational due diligence (ODD) on underlying hedge fund managers. Prior to joining NHC in 2024, Ryan was an Investment Associate at Cambridge Associates, where he focused on conducting ODD across hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real assets, and venture capital. Before that, he served as a Senior Due Diligence Analyst at Commonwealth Financial Network. Ryan began his career as an Analyst at BlackRock. Ryan graduated from Bryant University with a BSBA in Finance.

Conner Murphy is a Managing Director at New Holland Capital (NHC). Conner is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios as well as overseeing portfolio analysts’ efforts. Conner joined NHC in 2013, after spending the prior summer as an intern at the firm. Conner graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with an AB in Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Andrew Parchman is a Managing Director at New Holland Capital (NHC). Andrew is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios as well as overseeing portfolio analysts’ efforts. Prior to joining NHC in 2012, Andrew was an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Andrew graduated from Harvard College with an AB in Classics and is a CAIA charterholder.

Scott Radke is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). As CEO, Scott is responsible for leading, implementing, and growing NHC’s business activities. As Co-CIO, Scott is responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and portfolio risk alongside Bill Young with a special focus on liquid strategies. Scott is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee and a member of the Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. Prior to the launch of NHC in 2006, Scott was a member of the Hedge Fund Group within a Dutch pension. Before that, Scott was a Vice President at Citigroup Global Markets and previously an Associate within the Insurance-related Structured Transactions Group at Goldman Sachs. Scott graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Nick Rontiris is the General Counsel at New Holland Capital (NHC). Nick is responsible for overseeing governance and structuring matters related to the firm’s investments in addition to overseeing the firm’s compliance program. Nick is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines, and a member of the firm’s ESG Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2012, Nick was a member of the private funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and worked in the credit divisions of two global alternative asset managers. Nick graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and received a BS in Psychology with First Class Honours from McGill University.

Chris Scarlata is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Chris is responsible for overseeing all non-investment/operations functions, and leading operational due diligence of underlying hedge fund managers. Chris is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee, a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. Prior to joining NHC in 2006, Chris was Senior Vice President of Finance for Westwood One, a public mass media company. Before that, Chris held various senior financial positions in public and private companies including Chief Financial Officer of Edison School, a publicly traded educational services company. Chris began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris graduated from The College of Wooster with a BA in Political Science and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mindy Seo is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Mindy is responsible for overseeing the fund, portfolio accounting, and investor reporting for NHC’s client portfolios. Prior to joining NHC in 2018, Mindy was a Vice President within the Treasury Derivatives Product Control Team at Citigroup. Mindy began her career at Deloitte as an External Auditor for a private equity client and worked at Barclays as a Product Controller for the Fixed Income desk. Mindy graduated from Stern School of Business at New York University with a BA in Accounting and Finance.

Kim Shivram is a Controller at New Holland Capital (NHC). Kim is responsible for fund and portfolio-related accounting as well as investor reporting across NHC's client portfolios. Prior to joining NHC in 2018, Kim was an Experienced Associate in the Investment Management sector of the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kim graduated from Queens College with a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MS in Accounting.

Christina Siesta is an Associate at New Holland Capital (NHC). Christina is responsible for supporting the firm’s business development and portfolio implementation/monitoring efforts. Prior to joining NHC in 2021, Christina was an Associate within the Private Business Advisory group at J.P. Morgan. Christina graduated from Fordham University with a BA in International Political Economy and Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Tiffany Wetherell is a Director of Business Development at New Holland Capital (NHC). Tiffany is responsible for cultivating strategic client relationships and guiding the firm’s marketing, brand strategy, and communications. Tiffany first joined NHC in 2017 as a Senior Portfolio Analyst and before that was an Investment Research Analyst at Aksia. Prior to rejoining NHC in 2024, Tiffany was a Senior Vice President of Product Development at Silver Point Capital. Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Economics and received a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bob Vrooman is a Managing Director at New Holland Capital (NHC). Bob is responsible for global business development and developing deep strategic relationships with NHC’s clients. Prior to joining NHC in 2024, Bob was a Managing Director at Mariner Capital, where he fostered relationships with the firm’s institutional clients from 2022. Bob was also a Managing Director of Business Development at Graham Capital, where his efforts over 22 years helped grow Graham to one of the largest institutions of its kind. Bob graduated with a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University.

Bill Young is Co-Chief Investment Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). As Co-CIO, Bill is responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and portfolio risk alongside Scott Radke. Bill is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. He is also a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2008, Bill oversaw a small LA-based record label and before that was an Analyst within the fixed income division of Goldman Sachs. Bill graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.
