Jon Feintuch
Head of Portfolio Implementation
Jon Feintuch is a Principal at New Holland Capital (NHC). Jon is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments across NHC’s client portfolios as well as overseeing portfolio analysts’ efforts and is a non-voting member on the firm’s Investment Committee. Jon also serves as Head of Portfolio Implementation, ensuring that client portfolios are consistent with their stated mandates and risk preferences and liaising with clients to discuss portfolio-related questions. Prior to joining NHC in 2009, Jon was an Investment Banking Analyst within the Global Technology Group at Barclays Capital. Jon graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.

Scott Radke
Chief Executive Officer
Scott Radke is the Chief Executive Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Scott is responsible for leading, implementing, and growing NHC’s business activities. Scott is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee and a voting member of the Investment Committee. Prior to the launch of NHC in 2006, Scott was a member of the Hedge Fund Group within a Dutch pension. Before that, Scott was a Vice President at Citigroup Global Markets and previously an Associate within the Insurance-related Structured Transactions Group at Goldman Sachs. Scott graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Nick Rontiris
General Counsel
Nick Rontiris is the General Counsel at New Holland Capital (NHC). Nick is responsible for overseeing governance and structuring matters related to the firm’s investments in addition to overseeing the firm’s compliance program. Nick is a non-voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee and a member of the firm’s ESG Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2012, Nick was a member of the private funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and worked in the credit divisions of two global alternative asset managers. Nick graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and received a BS in Psychology with First Class Honours from McGill University.

Chris Scarlata
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Chris Scarlata is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). Chris is responsible for overseeing all non-investment/operations functions, and leading operational due diligence of underlying hedge fund managers. Chris is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee, a non-voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2006, Chris was Senior Vice President of Finance for Westwood One, a public mass media company. Before that, Chris held various senior financial positions in public and private companies including Chief Financial Officer of Edison School, a publicly traded educational services company. Chris began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris graduated from The College of Wooster with a BA in Political Science and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Wadler
Co-Chief Investment Officer
David Wadler is Co-Chief Investment Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). As Co-CIO, David is responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and portfolio risk alongside Bill Young with a special focus on illiquid strategies. David is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee. David also serves on the advisory committees of several external funds. Prior to joining NHC in 2008, David was an Associate within the Special Opportunities Group at Lehman Brothers. David graduated from Harvard College with an AB in Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Bill Young
Co-Chief Investment Officer
Bill Young is Co-Chief Investment Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). As Co-CIO, Bill is responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and portfolio risk alongside David Wadler with a special focus on liquid strategies. Bill is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee and a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining NHC in 2008, Bill oversaw a small LA-based record label and before that was an Analyst within the fixed income division of Goldman Sachs. Bill graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.
